I thought mana shield stopped mana drain now… It isnt… Bug or intended?

They are likely adding it in 3.1, but it was not added to 3.0.5.
Only barrier and deathmark was changed in 3.0.5.

If agile procs on a psion attack does psions 3rd trait still drain mana?

Pretty sure not. Has to actually do skull damage. So if he’s entangled he won’t drain unless it’s a 4+ skull match.
