# Pvp match bugged, can’t do anything

Mobile, ios, iphone 8 plus

\*\*What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?  
Normal pvp match with coloured gems, but instead got a bugged screen

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
Once off for now

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Starting a battle in pvp

I’m having this exact same thing on Xbox One. Started about 2:30pm GMT and every PvP battle I’ve gone into since has gone like the picture above.

Same problem here

Edit: On the pc version. Happened 5 times already, most of the time a gnome is in the enemy team and the team consist of 3 cards

same issue here on Xbox One  
the game is freezing just after launching match in pvp

i left the game, restarted it, and i got the same problem
