# PVP doesn't use difficulty settings but

There was another thread similar to this but it is dated before 109 came out. The statement is what the title says. PVP doesn’t use difficulty settings so why when I am doing challenges on Warlord 4 and then go into pvp do the enemy stats get boosted as if pvp **_does_** use those difficulty settings?

I’m not complaining about this just curious why this is. I thought that was changed with 109.

@Zelfore thanks for the link. I had read that before but wasn’t playing with the difficulty before tonight. I had forgotten about that thread.
