# Problem in the unlocking Alastair card at the end of the Kethar Kingdom

Hi everybody,  
I 'm a new player and I do quests in differents kingdoms…  
At the end of the Kethar Kingdom, I defeated Alastair. Normaly I win this card… but i lost my internet connexion on this time.  
Then, I don’t find this card in my collection and I don’t know how could I find it.  
If you have a solution … I’ll be happy

Try send in a ticket about this, imo the fastest way to get help. Its weekend now for the support people, but you can at least expect to get reply after the weekend sometime.

If you’ve gone back to attempt the Quest and it says “No quests available”, then I’d suggest submitting a support ticket.
