# Portrait becomes blank empty

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
Sometimes this “blank” event accidently happens while I play game and it lasts until the end of the game. Some portrait returns when I charge spell again.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
I dont know when this happens but quiet usually. About one time in 5 games.
