# Pet Rescue reward not received

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?**  
I completed the eighth battle in the Pet Rescue for the little fairy. the game just restarted and did not give me my reward  
**What are the steps to make it happen again?**  
This was on my Xbox game and I assume time ran out while I was playing the 8th Round

I’m not a developer at IP2 or 505 Games, so unfortunately I can’t provide you any help besides wishing you luck with your claim.

You’ll most likely get in game email within hour for missing pet rewards.

You should get the rewards for the first 7 battles but you won’t get the rewards from the 8th battle because you didn’t finish it in time.
