# Persistent Loading after Battery Change Xbox Controller

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
My controller batteries died while I was in a battle AND sending a guild message. Upon replacing the batteries, my text dialogue remained but guild chat had disappeared. Clearing my text, the battle has persistent loading scroll which I cannot resolve. Frustrating as this is a 3 sigil cost given the potentially lost Valraven.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
First time seeing this

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Probably to be in battle, and guild chat, remove and replace controller batteries.

Is it possible to get sigil restoration?
