Frozen Stiff **New Epic Troop: Stormchaser** [![](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex019/uploads/gemsofwar/original/3X/8/e/8eeb8c293eb2df58c94f4d86ccf46979a72bb045.jpeg)](https://gemsofwar.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/Stormchaser.jpg) Stormchaser will be available this week for 400 Glory in the shop as well as in Event Chests, and will appear in Glory, Gem, and Guild chests in 3-4 weeks’ time. ![](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex019/uploads/gemsofwar/original/3X/e/8/e8d397da595b9324dadeecbf8e20bf9eff1e7aa3.png) **World Event: Stormchaser’s Song** There are 6 battles that players can encounter during the event: Swamplash, Dark Troll, Rock Troll, Ursuvius, Frostfeather, and Mistralus. The first 5 battles are randomly chosen, but they all have an equal chance of appearing on the map. The battle against Mistralus will only appear after the player wins 4 of the other battles. However, her battle will not hang around; if you don’t fight her immediately, she may vanish! Either way, after that, all battles reset, and you’ll need to fight another 4 to spawn Mistralus again. _Scoring_ You can find the following rewards for each of the different battles you may encounter. - Swamplash: 8 Wild Energy - Dark Troll: 8 Wild Energy - Rock Troll: 8 Wild Energy - Ursuvius: 12 Wild Energy - Frostfeather: 12 Wild Energy - Mistralus: 16 Wild Energy Each Wild Energy is worth 3 points. They always deny this at first, deliberately spread misinformation and ultimately refuse to communicate further once enough proof has been presented. Avoid spending money on this event, you may receive something inferior to what you paid for, their support will just ignore and close your compensation request. From what we’ve been led to understand, which troops are in the drop table at any given time for any given chest or reward is 100% manual. So unless and until we are given positive indication, I am working under the assumption that new troops are NOT in the pool. ---

Which probably qualifies you as experienced Gems of War player, you are able to predict some of the more harmful traps set up for players to stumble into. Still, the previous campaign the tarot card got added to the pool on week three, and announced to have been added on week three. There hasn’t been any announcement this campaign on week three, and no success stories so far. Is it just the announcement that is missing, and players are too burnt from past experiences to try their luck? Or did the release secretly get pushed back, with some “muhaha, gotcha again, your fault” announcement pending once enough damage has cropped up? ---

it isn’t really on that topic, but did anyone found fountain of stars in chests yet? should be in chests since last Monday…maybe ---

well, there was a chance to get fountain last week from Monday - Thursday, but you are right since last Friday 😉 ---

not too early, always one week before last tarot in drop pool. at least it was always 2 weeks after campaign ended in the past, that’s why i asked, so maybe everything is now one week later ---
