The Heroic Gem Match is not counting all the gems. Mine has been stuck on 177 for the last 5 rounds.

It is just Heroic gems, do you happen to recall which heroic gems you matched in your past 5 battles?

I was using Entangle and Fair Fire gems.. however it looks like this task can only be completed in PvP? I noticed non of the gems were counting in Explore which is weird because that is not “Training”

Can you grab a video of your Task then complete a battle with heroic gems and then your task after?
I have not had any other confirmed reports of this happening

in this instance if you can upload it to a drive, or youtube etc and drop the link, I will grab it
_So everyone else is aware, we will not click drive links normally cos some y’all nasty, and it is something different completely, or it’s like a virus or something else_

If you upload it to a drive, like Google Drive, Dropbox, to youtube etc, you can just share the link.

I’m having exactly the same problem. It seems only certain types of Heroic Gem are being counted for the Campaign Task.
It’s not a problem for my main account, but it is for my testing account, where I’ve finished every other campaign task except Daemon-slaying (Silver attained).
Using the team shown below (matching lots of Wildcard gems and Mana Potion gems), my campaign count only increased by 1 after a protracted battle – and I’ve no idea what other Heroic gem might have randomly appeared.
Wasn’t this thread started in July? I would’ve thought you’d have fixed it by now! I can understand that it doesn’t affect many people, but those it does affect (early- to mid-game players) are going to really suffer.

I might be completely wrong, as IV done mine.
But how about, try lycanthropy gems. As that’s the picture.
It may work, it’s worth trying surely. 😀

Followed up on this. Apparently there was meant to be a fix in 8.8 but it was unsuccessful, so the next fix is set for 8.9

I’m having this problem with Steam achievements. Breaking Down Barrier hasn’t updated in three days of trying. Disco Inferno and Baby It’s Cold Outside updated sporadically, but they did update frequently enough that I earned them both in one day. I’ll try to post screen shots….
Update: Breaking Down Barrier achievement seems to happen only when I use Immortal Lucifa in PvP, but not when using her in Explore or she’s on the opposing team.

Then that comment belongs in the achievement report thread and not this Heroric Gem task thread.
A few are already marked as reported, and I have not yet had updates from the team on fix progress.
