# PC/Steam: Error 0103

Has anyone had this error before on PC/Steam? I tried looking online and could not find anything helpful. I went through all the troubleshooting steps listed in the PC/Steam section of support…no dice. I submitted a ticket 2 days ago so while I’m waiting on that, I was hoping someone that experienced this error in the past could shed some light on how to resolve it. Thanks in advance

I have the same [Error 0103](https://community.gemsofwar.com/t/pc-steam-error-0103/53840) when load from PC but OK when load from Smatphone

What I should do?
