# Not getting traitstones in explore

Has this happened to others? Yesterday I won 2 Venom traitstones in Zhul’kari, but didn’t get them (I needed 2, so I kept playing after the first, only to discover this), and today I won a Skull traitstone in Darkstone and didn’t get it in my inventory. Is this a bug, or a fool’s errand?

I farmed some traitstones to finish traiting Emperor Khorvash yesterday, so at least for Broken Spire on iOS it was working from 9PM - midnight US Central time.
