# Not getting my Tier bonuses after leveling up

Hi Iv noticed I am not receiving any Tier bonuses. Iv already logged in and out a few times and still nothing. Do we get them at the end of the event or is this a glitch.

I’ve also run into this bug today. It seems that it is only happening to some accounts.
