# Not getting arcane stones credited to inventory

On 3 occasions tonight I have not been credited the arcane triatstones. Twice in Divion Fields & once in Khetar while in explore. The end of battle rewards show the arcane x2, go to trait troop & still at the same # of arcane I had prior to pulling it. Not only am I not getting credit for the X2 event but I am not even getting credit for 1. I think this has happened on runic stones as well but I can’t positively affirm that as of yet.
