@isaro I’m very sorry we missed your original ticket! If you tell me your ticket number I’ll get onto it right away!

I’ll find out what happened.

EDIT: found your new ticket and answering now! On a side note we never received a ticket from you about this before then. I thought maybe it went to the wrong inbox or something but we didn’t receive one at all ☹
