# \[Not a bug\] Player's event score reset to 0. Glitch or Penalty?

the score of our recruit on Fallen Silent event got reset to 0 recently. was it a random glitch or an intentional penalty (i.e. should we keep him/her)?

Player was most likely banned from the game.  
Do you have their invite code to check to make sure?
