# \[not a bug\] No chat access

Platform: Xbox Serie X
I haven’t access at any chat (chat’s icon on the top of the screen is empty). Restart the game solve the problem, but I have this problem every day.

Its not a bug mate if you live in uk and haven’t verified your age you will lose access to social features such as this one. You can access chat everytime you load game briefly but it kicks you out. You can quit game then load to get another brief window but its too much faff imo

Mines disappeard again.
And not came back lol.
So not having id. Means. Cant chat. But csn spend grands on games. I love starmer hes soooooooo intelligent , 1 level above hslf dead cabbage 🤣🤣

We had a couple of warnings but I never thought it would affect gems chat, I think we can’t message or speak to people that aren’t on our lists and add people until we verify our age. Good luck

It’s silly how even if your account itself is over adult age, you still have to verify your age. My Xbox Live account is 22 years old, it would have to have been created over 4 years before I was born for me not to be an adult.

I don’t understand why they cannot do that when a bank card is linked… I guess isn’t the place to discuss the inconvenience of this system. The important is my problem is solved 🤣🤣🤣
