# \[NOT A BUG\] New Delve will not allow me to fight new battles

I tried to reset the game and it is still the same. I’m not sure what can be done other then to restart the delve and waste a sigil.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
This is the first time.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
The game crashed soon after I completed a fight.

Your run is finished, the only thing you can do is claim the rewards on the right side, then start a new one. Losing a fight ends the run, even if it’s from the game crashing.

Looks like you lost the battle in the south-western room. So you just have to collect your rewards and start this level one more time.

Ya, it just kinda stinks that the game crashed right after I won the fight. I had it happen again on the boss fight for floor 220 and it didn’t give me any of the battle rewards…
