# \[Not a Bug\] Faction Assault Shop Just went Blank

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
Was in the middle of playing Fang Moor Faction Assault and went to buy more sigils however the shop screen is empty. Restart has not helped and going to Android does not fix the issue either.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
Consistently for the last 30 minutes.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
_REPLACE THIS TEXT WITH YOUR ISSUE. e.g. Sometimes there are certain steps that can lead to a problem that may not be obvious! Example: I lose once in the Arena, I then exit to the world map, select broken Spire on the Map and enter Arena. broken spire’s quest lost instead._

This is because it is bugged (no potions). See other thread.

As soon as they confirmed there is an issue, I guess they closed up shop to stop others buying with the same bug. But of course this creates many more issues…

Hey @Arcaiser

This isn’t a bug. It’s as @Namour said the development team has disabled the Faction Assault shop for the rest of the event to avoid anymore players experiencing this issue while we work on a fix.
