# \[Not a bug\] Can't start the game

\*\*What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened  
I was trying to start the game, but keep on getting this error message ,even restart my phone, it doesn’t help.  
**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?** just now

**Steps to make it happen again** try to access the game

The message should be more clear. “Go to your App store/playstore to update the game.” and then the button should say “Exit Game” instead of “Restart.”
