# \[NOT A BUG\] Cannot spend gems for kingdom pass

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
I was expecting to progress the levels of kingdom pass, instead the above error message popped up.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
happens every time I’m trying to click the “Buy Level / 100 gems” button

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Go into Kingdom Pass, and click “Buy Level”
