# No VIP Points for Vault Offer

I don’t have an image from before/after. I only could take an image from my actual VIP status anyway and it wouldn’t show the issue. So I’d say an image is not necessary.
**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened**
I’d expect to get 20 VIP points for buying Vault Offer two times. I did not recieve any VIP points.
**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**
It happened two times. No points for buying the Vault Offer one time. No points for buying the second time.
**Steps to make it happen again**
Most probably buying the Vault Offer a third time. But I’m not willing to do so.
Around 10 minutes before posting this I purchased the Vault Offer two times and didn’t get the VIP points.
I’m 100% shure because I saw I only needed 15 more VIP points for the next VIP level and that was the reason to buy the Vault Offer.
What can I do to recieve the points? Restarting the game didn’t help.
