# No sound effects or Background musis

**Platform, device version and operating system**  
Xbox one

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened**  
I logged into my game as normal, but when I officially logged in, there was not background music or sound effects. I even uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing has changed. I went through all of the seating to ensure I didnt accidentally hit anything but all settings are the same and different. It has been like this the last 2 weeks. Any suggestions?
