**Platform, device version and operating system:** PC, Windows **Screenshot or image:** ![](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex019/uploads/gemsofwar/original/3X/b/3/b333f83f25d1ce2379b8471a8679b3109eb64e6e.png) **What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:** I went to my mail to claim my task rewards, and found that many rewards, 6 in total so far, are claiming that I claimed them from another guild, and am ineligible for rewards as a result. I have not changed guilds, and have been a part of the same guild for months. **How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?** This happened today, and it is the first time that it has happened that I am aware of. ---

It’s bevause you received the rewards from another guild. Did you just change guilds at reset? You can only claim guild tasks once per week. ---

Did you not read my post? I have not changed guilds. I have been a member of the same guild for _months_ ---

I’ve had this problem before. If you submit a ticket support should sort it out for you. ---

It’s an issue with several people donating too much too quickly Just contact them, and they’ll sort it out ---
