# No loyalty bonus:-(

Today I didn’t receive my hard-earned loyalty bonus for logging in consecutive days. Received only 250 (which did double correctly to 500). Now can I have the other 500 please? 😃

If it occurs again, might I suggest taking a screenshot? It’d probably better prove the issue and give the staff a better idea of what they’re dealing with.

If you play more on the phone, I suggest using your computer for your next consecutive daily login, considering how much easier it is to capture.

Hey Marvel,

I’ve fixed this on the server so your daily rewards should be fine tomorrow.  
My guess is you had just missed the 24hr mark from when you last played which might have caused this to occur.

Awesome, thank you. I think what happened was, that while GoW was loading on the iPad I switched away, so might have missed the mark at precisely that moment.
