# No guild or global chat?

If this has answers already, forgive me for repeating… but why has there been no global or guild chat for over a month? Global chat is greyed out and I can’t even access it. In guild chat, only the same blue notifications that have been there for a month show.

Chat uses a special connection. You can change the network and see if there is a result

I don’t know what channel to use. ??? It has 001 in the box… what am I supposed to do?
