# No Burning Marks received for reaching the Overpower PVP Season Goal

I already submitted a ticket on that issue. Anyone having the same issue.

Overpower level 3 (what you got) gives you Featured Immortal Souls. All level 3 Season Goals do. If you check your Immortal menu, you should see it there. 🙂

I know the ticket would have resolved the issue as well, but since they lost 2 CX team members and only have 1 person left who is also taking care of PQ3 and Beta, they surely are insanely busy and I’m guessing that tickets will take a lot longer to get to now. 😅

Unfortunately I have another issue which is not receiving top 100 rewards in PVP two weeks in a row. Submitted a ticket but no reply.
