Should read  
Deal xx damage to an enemy. Then curse all enemies ABOVE and inflict terror to all enemies BELOW them .

According to the thread one below (did not test the weapon myself), it curses above and terrors below.

Hmm … I’m inclined to think the description is right but the _actual effect_ is wrong – “Stun/Curse and [status effect]” is a common spell pattern, so it seems strange to inflict different statuses in different directions.

this situation comes across more like a programming error. the provided text is not anywhere close to allow for what it’s currently doing. wouldn’t be the first time they programmed a spell incorrectly… although I guess it would be for this year …
