# New Update won’t work

Hi,  
I cannot log into my game. I’m told there’s a be update. However the update starts but does not finish with the message appearing again about a new update. Again nothing happens …….any ideas anyone?

Uninstall then install the new version? Just make sure you don’t overwrite your account when launching it
