Character creation is the most prominent flaw. random characteristics, random initial equipment, random initial location; all these factors mean a lot in progress and there is a very wide span across playerbase.  
Also it lacks a good healing/cleanse system.  
Support not provided; knowledge base comes from community and may be misleading very often
