Nooooo. My pooch swims like a maniac so anything that could slow or weigh him down is a nope. And he’s got a hairy chest. Why would you wanna hide that lol.  
Ur avatar is super cute tho with the pups.

Well for one, I didnt recommend wearing it while swimming and for two, hairy chests are gross.
