This is one of those things that we see in the spoilers when an upcoming troop has a spell with the same name as a previously-released troop. It simply pulls that spell from the database as it exists for the troop that’s already in the game and not whatever the spell is intended to be. It’s a case of the planners not double-checking to prevent a duplicate, because the game can (apparantly) only handle one spell with a given name. And if you scroll much further down the troop spoilers, you’ll notice the same sort of thing with the Goblin Cannon Rider that’s currently on the agenda for early June. ---

His true damage to 3 enemies is solid with 7 mana drain. If the mana drain _and_ the damage was doubled to poisoned enemies, he would be pretty powerful. Poisoning enemies when matching blue gems is…well, it needs some help… Doubling the mana drain to 14 against poisoned enemies is good, but most people will think they’re doing double damage and they won’t be.🤣
