# \[NEED MORE INFO\] Portrait does nt appear in menu settings

Xbox one i purched elite pass in the campaign event. The portraitof the feather rainbow colors does not appear in my portrait setting menue so i cannt equip it.

_REPLACE THIS TEXT WITH YOUR ISSUE. e.g. Sometimes there are certain steps that can lead to a problem that may not be obvious! Example: I lose once in the Arena, I then exit to the world map, select broken Spire on the Map and enter Arena. broken spire’s quest lost instead._

Hello Benzeeno, are you still experiencing this issue? Is anyone else?

Have you tried restarting your game and console? Sometimes resetting the game can trigger these to appear.
