# My PvP has not reset in 2 weeks now

My wins and losses have carried over now for 2 weeks straight! Usually at weekly reset wins/losses should be reset to zero… Not mine I guess

Hey, I’m so sorry for the delayed reply, we experienced an unexpected amount of support requests during a period when much of the team were attending GDC and then we also recently had a lot of Australian Public Holidays!

In future if you have an issue where you’re missing PVP points etc please write a support ticket to help us help you in a more timely manner:

I think this problem has been resolved though, can you please confirm?
