# My game freezes before it starts

The past couple days I haven’t been able to play. At all. I go to log in fine. I can move from place to place… but as soon as I try and pick up my daily reward the whole game freezes and I can’t do anything. I have tried to un-install and re-install. It isn’t my controller since I can play other games and other apps.
