# Multiple Random Server Error Crashes

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
It mostly happens during the initial load of the game. I click “Okay” (in the screenshot) and the game restarts.  
When I can get in the game, I can play a few matches in any mode (PVP, Explore, etc.), but as soon as go back to the main world map I get the server error message.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
7/10 times at game launch.  
9/10 times whenever I go back to the main world map.  
I first noticed it last weekend, on the 7th or 8th November, 2021

**Steps to make it happen again**  
I just launch the game, 7/10 times the error message pops up.  
Eventually I can get in, once that’s done 9/10 times when I go back to the main world map the error message appears.
