Assuming an equal drop rate, missing two dragons after 20 eggs is … an approximately 1/3300 incidence, or about halfway (exponentially speaking) between pulling a Mythic from a Glory Chest, vs. a Gem Chest. So take a number, get in line, join the club (we’ve got jackets).
