# Mobile and pc loading issue

If you’re on mobile I find you can bypass that menu using the “back button” that would normally take you to the “are you sure you want to quit?” or would take you out of other apps. (Sorry I don’t know what the technical term for the button is) Doing this doesn’t restart the game. It might save you some hassle.

I am on IOS mobile but cannot get into the game at all, it is stuck at final point where assets are loading. Others in my guild are able to get in. I have tried on both wifi and cellular to no avail. All other apps/games work fine for me.
