# Make a purchase with glory task not working

I have the task to make a purchase with glory but I have tried three times so far, using glory to purchase souls twice and also purchased a new weapon with it but still it doesn’t register.

How come 505 are to be contacted when they merely publish it and not make it. It gets confusing having two support forums.

Oh and the task seemed to have disappeared since I logged on to a new event notice.

Essentially 505 Support is directly looking after the console versions, we’re not able to do much support aside from provide broad advice. Hope that helps clarify 🙂
