**Steps to make it happen again**
_Sometimes there are certain steps that can lead to a problem that may not be obvious!_
_Example: I lose once in the Arena._
_I then exit to the world map._
_I then tap on Broken Spire on the map and then tap Arena._
_Broken Spire’s quest loads instead of the Arena_

I’ve checked the logs of your account and I can’t see any batches of 450 Gems going missing.[Did you mean diamonds?](https://gemsofwar.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000030955-Missing-Diamonds-or-Gems)
if not, please provide more details on your issue and what you mean by “pop up window” ? What exactly were you doing?

Hi
It is long time ago i lost 450 gems. it was before the diamonds was introduced. i was spending the gems and i pressed the skip buttom. suddenly the gems and rewards were gone. The frame changed and i left the chest menu and went back to the starting place as if i just had opened the game. the game continued as if nothing had happened. the pop up window with an offer was not involved this time. i hope this answer helped
