# Lost my 48 glory chests key

When I open my glory chests, I lost my internet connection and GOW shut down. When I re-open GOW, all 48 glory chests key gone and also I didnt receive any chests rewards.

It happened at 0:40, 3.23, 2016, Beijing time.

I suggest you contact Support directly using the link at the top of the page. They will be able to confirm whether you got the rewards or refund your keys, and they usually respond very quickly.
