# Lost most of my boss raid tickets to looping loading screen

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?**  
When loading boss raid it just sticks on loading until i shut it down. Then raid tickets are lost.

**What are the steps to make it happen again?**  
Tried several times throughout the day, i got through a few times but lost at least 6 attempts.  
**Do you have any screenshots or video you want to share with us so we can see the problem? Attach them to your post!** Did not take any screenshots.

Thank you, I had already done that but lost many of my boss raid attempts due to the unending loading screens already.
