# Lost glory keys and gems buying chests!

When I use my glory keys or gems buying chests…blue error screen and when I log back on. ..loss of keys and gems but no troops…what to do

Submit a bug to 505 customer support. @Nex can give details.

It happens any time I open any chest, keys or currency

EDIT: It happens if I open bunches of Keys. One at a time works fine.
