Example:_ _I used an event key to open a chest, but the game lagged for a while and then my gem total dropped from 474 to 459, as if I had bought the chest with 15 gems instead of the key. I did receive the troop from the chest, but I lost both the key (expected) and the 15 gems (not expected)._ **How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?** _The server has been lagging and showing error messages all day, but this is the first time I actually lost resources._ **Steps to make it happen again** _I think the server lag had a lot to do with causing this bug. I hope it doesn’t happen again._ Would it be possible to get the gems back? I would really appreciate that. Thanks for your time and attention. ---

Hi Zarthorn I have checked the server logs of your account and it looks like you opened one chest with a key (your last event Key), earning you Snake Charmer, then you opened another chest with another 15 Gems earning you Wandering Monk within a few miliseconds. Please check your in-game mail ---
