# Lost gems when collected 3 Event keys

Hi guys:  
I was playing in explore and right after I got 60 event points which I collected 3 Event keys, then I went to Chests to collect the prize that’s when I’ve noticed that I’ve lost 400 Gems. Just like that! I tried to log off and log back it didn’t help.
