I also bought 3 elephants from merchant offers within the last few hours. Will I find them again? Or do I have to play a few extra weeks to upgrade my delves the regular way? ---

@Sokun @Jeto Please answering the following: Why is there also a server rollback for Switch players? All the time Switch players were told, that they are on different servers - is this another lie? No Switch player got that library compensation mail, hell, Switch even got the library/patch 9.1. yet! Can someone contact Nintendo over this, cause that is truly a betrayal! ---

A few hours ……… over eight now and not a word from the devs. Irrespective of the reason for the mistake and the subsequent debacle in rectifying it the total lack of communication is pitifully bad. Mistakes happen but learn from them and be open and honest about it. Adopting the ostrich approach is not a good look. ---

Yeah, how childish to expect proper communication, testing and accurate compensation. How childish to be mad over losing game progress because of their faulty coding and rollout. There are still fixes needed for stuff that is known for almost two years, so i understand every single player that is Frustrated at this point ---

I canot access to the GoW , I have been trying different method, But saying the probelm connecting SSL. or sometime, please re try later.. But its going on for over 7-8 hours.. Anyoine knew what is going on ? BTW, I’m traveling Asia and hd no problem until ya few days ago, but now it won’t connect . ---

At least the update came out a week late. Imagine if this was last weekend with all those gnomes getting undeaded in that first 15 hours and saved by hiding behind a server down message for how long? ---

I say should because if your device is too old then that is the only thing that prevents folks from being able to play new updates. Usually. ---

It was a Friday afternoon issue I think. Reset is 6PM Melbourne time. It just took until mid morning Saturday for them to do anything. ---

Remember the old days, when something was always broken when they walked out the office on a Friday afternoon. The new factions were always a hit, knowing the troops that didn’t work wouldn’t be fixed until the event was almost over… Still my favorite was the release of the 2nd batch of guild guardians into gold keys. That was the one they managed to fix in overtime 🙂 ---

They didn’t fix everything about the second wave of Guardians. That’s when the troops shown on the battle loading screen stopped corresponding to actual troops in the battle, and I’m pretty sure other things about the in-game database broke at the same time. It’s never been addressed, and has actually gotten worse over time. ---

My memory is quite vague on the mechanism, It was first gaps, for some reason everyone got unlimited gaps for the first few hours and ended up with huge resources and vault keys. They were not taken back. I know this because I thought oh I’ll get to that tomorrow - and tomorrow it was all over. But most of my guildies had these huge stashes. ---
