# Let's All Agree to Save Our Gems

Been playing it for 9 months, level 660 atm.
I use TDS in my standard pvp team and get about 70-90 souls in one battle. That’s like nothing.
Compared to 330 souls per battle with my soul farm team (TDS +3 necro troops) which is no fun to play at all.
I don’t have quests and I only explore if I must. PvP is fun but I hardly can use the soul farm team there, takes too long (=no fun) and is too weak for 3rd tier opponents which I mostly go for (because it gives the most glory and gold).
Until now I like those 18k souls I get for 500 gems.

With 330souls per battle you’ll get 18k in 54 battles.
You’d need to get 9 gems per battle for the trade you mentioned to be worth it.

I’m already fed up after 5 ^^
What do you mean with the gems per battle? I don’t get any gems from a battle. I get my gems from the blue guild task and the weekly event (like killing goblin this time).

Both guild tasks and event rewards are limited, the number of battles you do each week isn’t. Which translate to some resources being unlimited by design, like gold, souls and traitstones

Don’t ignore the resource **time**. I’m out for 10h a day (work and commuting). Get up at 4:30 am. I play 1h a day. And not all on gaining souls. GW, dungeon, pvp for glory and the weekly event rewards if possible (this week is too difficult… to find the relevant troops).

Yes, definitely, time is a finite resource and I was ignoring it in my previous post. Thanks for pointing that out.

Our rules are 2 now, but over half of our guild maxed just because we are used to it by now, including myself.

Weird I actually loved playing the phreekz before the vjm nerf. Why?? Because they very rarely used it.
If I did see one use it they were normally a new player who jumped ship from another bracket one guild.

A few battles yesterday were vjm, but most were psion teams. I went 4-1 /5-0

i decided to save the gems, and apparently my guild seems to be ok with that as well since we dropped the statue req
