# \[Known issue\] Soft Lock Fighting Orbweaver

**Platform, device version and operating system: Android, Samsung Galaxy S24**

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
_I was landing the finishing blow on the enemy hero, who was orbweaver class. It appears that when I cast Zarg’s spell to kill him, it summoned a spider and softlocked the game._

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
_I have heard of a similar bug before but this is the first time I have encountered it. Very unfortunate that it would pop up just as I was finishing my guild wars fights_…

**Steps to make it happen again**  
_Be very unlucky while fighting a hero with the orbweaver class._

This is unfortunately still an ongoing known issue
