# \[Known issue\] No gold marks again

**Platform, device version and operating system:**

**Screenshot or image:**

\*\*What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened  
Was expecting to have two zones with Golf Marks in PVP but did not have any despite doing all Citadel fights on Monfay

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
Happens frequently. Started several weeks ago

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Not sure other than doing Citadel Fights the day before. Was told it was a visual issue previously but did fights in previous day’s zone and did not recieve Gold Marks

And here is proof I did my battles the previous day and Winter’s Reach as having no Gold Marks. Neither did the other area feom yesterday

It can be either.

In some cases the region bonus icon won’t appear, and Gold Marks will be rewarded. In other cases, Gold Marks are not rewarded.

Either way, if you complete the battles in the correct regions and don’t get the Marks, submit a ticket.

I am going to close this thread, as there are existing threads for this issue and it’s in our known issues articles.
