# \[Known issue\] Guild Wars Medallion issue

I cannot buy The Guild Wars medallion. It says I have already purchased it. The icon on the screen shows it as locked. What is going on?

EDIT I have NOT purchased it.

I had the same problem. I bought it, and it looked like I hadn’t bought it. Restarting the game solved the problem, and I saw it as purchased and received the reward.

Someone in my guild is having the same issue. Bought the medallion but can’t collect rewards.

I wasn’t able to buy it at all. Says not available to purchase since before the event and through the event. Upset. Only reason the guild wanted to play was for those rewards.

They need to add: “allows you to buy missing rewards for gems” to medallion description. I had no idea.
