**Platform, device version and operating system: Xbox One**

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**
_From games menu, clicked on Trials, and then the screen froze and game crashed_
**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**
_Trial mode worked yesterday, the Cliffy error from last week seemed to have been fixed_…_but this new problem happened twice today (around 1 pm EST)_
**Steps to make it happen again**
_All you have to do is click on Trials mode and it crashes._
